National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher course withdrawals
It is important to ensure that you have submitted accurate candidate data. If candidates are withdrawn from courses after the submission of coursework, or after sitting a timetabled exam, they will not receive a course award.
If a candidate changes level, they will not achieve a course award for the level from which they have been withdrawn. They will achieve a course award based on the components they have completed at the new level.
Please also ensure that withdrawal files are not submitted for your summer leavers prior to August certification.
We will contact you to advise of any candidates who have completed all components of the course assessment, and who have been withdrawn from the course. You must submit re-instated entries by Friday 8 July at the latest so that your candidates are certified correctly.
