Understanding Standards event - National 5 Practical Cake Craft

There are still places remaining for the practical skills day for National 5 Practical Cake Craft taking place on Saturday 18 March in Glasgow, from 9 am to 3 pm.

This practical skills event is intended for teachers who are new to the subject, or have been delivering these courses for a short time, who would like to develop their cake craft skills. Participants will line and finish a cake during a practical session, which will include modelling work. As well as working alongside college lecturing staff who will deliver the practical session, there will also be a session on preparing candidates for the course assignment.
