Assessment Arrangements

Assessment Arrangement Request system – final deadline

All remaining requests for assessment arrangements for the 2023 diet must be submitted on the Assessment Arrangement Request (AAR) system by Friday 31 March.

In order to ensure that any queries can be resolved ahead of start of the exam diet please submit requests by the deadline. A guide to the Assessment Arrangement Request system is available on the National Qualifications (NQ) section of our secure website, under Assessment Arrangements.

Separate accommodation types

When you are finalising your AAR entries for the 2023 exam diet and planning resources, please keep in mind that there are two different types of separate accommodation: individual accommodation and small group accommodation. You should ensure that, where possible, the type of separate accommodation allocated to a learner in the external timetabled exam reflects the type of room allocated for internal assessments.
