Digital question papers and digital answer books
We understand that some centres may experience a potential issue when opening digital question papers and digital answer books, as a result of a update to Adobe earlier this year.
If you have not installed the update, you may see the following error message: ‘This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of the document’.
If you do see this message, there are two options available to you. You can either:
- install the latest version of Adobe Reader – you will only have to do this once. You may have to ‘turn off the acrobat reader new experience’ as this will ensure the same view as previous versions, or
- if you have Acrobat Pro, save a copy (not ‘save as’) of the document. You will have to do this for every file.
