Professional development workshops
Professional development workshops (PDW) introduce delegates to SQA qualifications for assessors and verifiers, which are Professional Development Awards (PDAs). These online workshops are for:
- individuals looking to become assessors or verifiers.
- organisations looking to become SQA centres for the first time.
- current assessors and verifiers looking for CPD to refresh their practice.
Between June and November, we will be running the following events:
Friday 16 June
- PDW Workplace Assessor course: Meeting the requirements of the Workplace Assessor L&D9DI Units/PDA GA2E 48
Thursday 14 September
- PDW Internal Verifier Course: Meeting the requirements of the Workplace Internal Verifier L&D11 Unit/PDA GA2F 48
Friday 27 October
- PDW Workplace Assessor course: Meeting the requirements of the Workplace Assessor L&D9DI Units/PDA GA2E 48
Friday 17 November
- PDW Internal Verifier Course: Meeting the requirements of the Workplace Internal Verifier L&D11 Unit/PDA GA2F 48
