National Qualifications Verification - Evidence Submission Service

We are pleased to advise that the platform for submitting evidence digitally will be available on SQA Connect later this year. This will allow you to upload candidate evidence and supporting documentation for digital verification. You will also be able to confirm on the platform whether you will submit digitally or use the physical uplift.

We strongly recommend use of the digital platform as this allows more flexibility for you to submit evidence within the timescales provided, as well as reducing the environmental impact of a physical submission.

The digital evidence submission platform for round 1 will be available from 11 December 2023 to 11 January 2024. For round 2, the service will be open from 11 March 2024 to 18 April 2024.

We will publish updated guidance on SQA Connect in the “User Guides” section. The guidance will detail where to find the service, key dates, digital file types accepted and instructions on how to use the service.
