NQ approvals

Before offering a new qualification, you must check you have the relevant approval. The deadline for NQ approval applications has now passed. We cannot guarantee certification in 2024 for applications received after this date. If you do not seek approval, or are unsuccessful in your application, you will be unable to enter and result candidates for the qualification.

Any new approval applications will now be processed for the 2024 - 25 academic session.

By seeking approval, it ensures your centre has the necessary staff, reference materials, learning materials, assessment materials, equipment and accommodation needed to deliver, assess and internally verify the new course you wish to offer.

If you are applying for approval, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date to progress with approval process.
