Consenting to someone else contacting SQA on your behalf

We know that not everybody is comfortable or confident about making enquiries, requesting information or making a complaint relating to them. Some people prefer to have someone do it for them. Before someone else can act on your behalf SQA must be satisfied that they are entitled to do so and that you have consented. Confirmation in writing is required unless you are unable to do so because of disability or illness.
