Entry Creation by Exception (EC02 form) is to request the entry of a finished/lapsed qualification which is no longer on Connect.

Adding a lapsed or finished qualification to a candidate

Lapsed Awards - before submitting check the candidate has been entered for the mandatory units that make up the group award.

Finished Awards - before submitting check the candidate has been entered and resulted for every unit required to gain the qualification.
