The new style Catalogue is now available and can be accessed using the following link - Catalogue of National Qualifications. You can search for and find information more easily and we will be updating this information regularly, so that you will be able to access the most up-to-date information on National Qualifications in a single location, at any time.  The Catalogue includes listings of:

• National Units, their Superclass and Verification Groups
• National Courses
• Standard Grade Courses
• National Qualification Group Awards – National Certificates and National Progression Awards

National Qualifications: How awards are made

 National Qualifications: How awards are made describes the quality assurance procudures SQA carries out every year to make sure that the awards made to candidates for National Qualifications are fair and that standards are rigorously maintained from year to year. 

The National Qualifications covered are at: Standard Grade, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, Higher and Advanced Higher. This also includes Project-based National Courses (PBNCs).
