NextGen: HN Quality Assurance - Prior verification of Instruments of Assessment
Centres can now submit instruments of assessment for NextGen: HN units to our prior verification service for approval.
Throughout the session your centre-devised instruments of assessments have been reviewed in conjunction with your External Quality Assurers. Our prior verification service is the final step in validating your assessment materials as part of the NextGen: HN quality assurance (QA) model
Please be aware that:

Accepted materials will not be published on SQA’s secure site and will not be accessible by other SQA approved centres

We are still accepting change requests which may result in qualifications being reviewed for session 2023-24. We will inform you if this affects your prior verification submission.
To submit assessment materials for prior verification, use the request form which can be found on our quality assurance webpage. Please specify in the ‘Centre Comments’ section that the submission is for a NextGen: HN unit.
