NQ assessment arrangements

Adapted and digital question papers

We are aware of a technical issue that some users are experiencing when accessing the Assessment Arrangements Request (AAR) system. We are working to resolve the issue and apologise for any inconvenience. The deadline for adapted and digital submissions has been extended by one week. Please submit these requests as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday 7 February.

Updated guidance on assessment arrangements can be found on our ‘About assessment arrangements’ web page.

Delivery of digital question papers and audio CDs

Delivery of digital question papers

You can only request digital question papers as part of an approved assessment arrangement. These requests must be made using the AAR system and the files will be provided on a CD. You can request these files to be supplied electronically but you must email qpdelivery@sqa.org.uk by Wednesday 7 February.

Audio CD requirements request form

If you have candidates entered for modern languages, ESOL, or music, you will need to request audio CDs for the exam.

We emailed the CD requirements request form to centres week beginning 15 January. If you have not received our CD requirements request form, please contact qpdelivery@sqa.org.uk. You must return the form no later than Monday 19 February.

When completing your request for audio CDs, you must only request the exact number of CDs that you require, and only for those subjects in which you have candidate entries. CDs with 25% extra time built in are only available for candidates with an approved extra time assessment arrangement, and a maximum of one CD per candidate must be requested.

Delivery of audio files

If you want to receive your audio files electronically, you must indicate this on the CD requirements request form using the box provided. You must still return your order form by Monday 19 February.
