Have your say on how SQA communicates with you
We’re running an online survey to gather feedback from teachers, lecturers, learners, parents and carers, appointees, and heads of centre, on SQA communications.
We’re conducting this research to ensure, as much as possible, that our communications are timely, convenient, effective, and relevant for each audience.
We want to hear from you. What do you think of the methods and channels we use to communicate with you? Do you receive all the information you need? Is there anything you’d like us to do differently in future?
Our survey is open until Friday 8 March 2024. It takes around 10 minutes to complete, and all responses will remain anonymous.
Updated response options
Following feedback from some respondents, we’ve updated questions 14 (Which days of the week are most suitable for receiving communications from SQA?) and 15 (Which time of the day is most suitable for receiving communications from SQA?) to include a ‘no preference’ option.
We’ve also included ‘other’ as an option in answer to question 16 (What social media channels do you use?).
Survey results
We’ll review and consider all the feedback we receive and use this to identify any improvements we can make to our communications now and in the future. We’ll share our findings with you in a later edition of SQA News after the survey closes.
