Attendance Register Supplement forms

Ahead of the uplift of coursework materials on Wednesday 17 April, please ensure that you complete an Attendance Register Supplement form for any candidate not listed on the Attendance Register (Ex6) form(s) supplied by SQA.

You must submit a new entry of change of level to us for any candidates that you’ve completed an Attendance Register Supplement form for. This must be completed prior to the associated uplift date.

If you don’t process an entry for these candidates, this may result in data discrepancies between our database and your MIS system. This could also cause further difficulties for you in submitting data to us.

Please note that you will incur late entry charges for entries submitted after Sunday 31 March 2024.
