SQA’s professional development workshops provide an introduction to Professional Development Awards for assessors and verifiers. These workshops are for
- individuals looking to become assessors or verifiers.
- organisations looking to become SQA centres for the first time.
- current assessors and verifiers looking for CPD to refresh their practice.
On successful completion, you will receive a CPD certificate.
PDW Workplace Assessor course – Meeting the requirements of the Workplace Assessor L&D9DI Units/PDA GA2E 48
We’ll be holding an introductory in-person course in Glasgow on Friday 19 April for people who are about to undertake the SQA Workplace Internal Assessor qualification (L&D9 at SCQF level 7 and L&D9DI at SCQF level 8). The four-hour workshop is also suitable for qualified internal assessors looking to undertake continuing professional development.
