Eligibility reports

We’ll issue eligibility reports to centres on Wednesday 5 June 2024. You’ll find these in ‘Exchange’ on SQA Connect.

It’s essential that you review these reports to ensure that candidate data is accurate for August certification. If any entries and/or results are not as intended, you’ll need to correct this data urgently to guarantee August certification.

The eligibility reports relate to National 2 to 4 and Skills for Work courses, as well as candidates who are missing entries and/or results for National 5 and Higher English spoken language components.

These reports show candidates at your centre who are due to be certificated in August 2024, but who have missing data which will prevent certification.

Where we receive any National 4 course entries, or entries for contributing units, after the end of the summer term, we’ll defer these to 2025. These candidates will then be certificated in August 2025.
