Access to Marked Exam Papers - 2024 trial
As confirmed in our message of 14 May, we are providing access to some marked exam papers in a trial this year. The trial opens today, Tuesday 6 August, and will run until Friday 27 September.
You can find guidance documents and marking instructions for the subjects and levels in the trial on SQA Connect in the NQ Information section. Your SQA co-ordinator will be able to give you access to these documents.
You may want to direct learners and parents/carers to the Access to Marked Exam Papers webpage that provides information about the trial. There are also some questions and answers that they may find useful.
We are keen to hear feedback on the trial to help us fully evaluate the trial service. We will gather views of SQA co-ordinators and teachers at the end of the trial but would like to hear from learners about their experience of accessing their papers. The learner survey is open from today until 27 September. Could you please pass this survey link on to all learners in your centres who access a marked paper and encourage them to feed back with their thoughts but only once they have finished using the trial service. Please advise your learners that the survey will be carried out on an anonymous basis, and no views expressed will be attributed to an individual or their school.
