Maintaining the security of SQA assessment materials

At the start of the new academic year, please remember that the SQA Secure website contains confidential assessment materials for centre staff to support the delivery of our qualifications. Your SQA co-ordinator can provide access to the materials.

To protect the integrity of the assessments and help to ensure fairness for all learners, you must take steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of these assessment materials. When using them, you must treat them confidentially. They must be stored securely when not in use.

If you refer to the assessment materials when engaging in professional discussion and collaboration with colleagues, please ensure that they are not shared or discussed online, or in any other location where they could be accessed by unauthorised persons.

Please also ensure that learners are fully aware that they must not discuss the content of these materials with anyone, including on social media.
