NextGen: HN project update

As we updated last month, we are changing our approach to delivering the NextGen: HN project.

The NextGen: HN project team will be stood down at the end of December 2024, and from the start of 2025, we will transition to a new approach. This will see the project model changing across our organisation.

This aims to enhance our efficiency and adaptability in light of ongoing challenges with public funding.

To try and make it a smooth transition, we have formed a new internal senior management governance group who will be responsible for delivering the transition plan and the next phase of the project.

Providing support to pilot centres and stakeholders will remain a priority during this transition.

We appreciate that this is a period of uncertainty, but we will ensure we provide you with clear communication about next steps as soon as we can.
