Alternative assessment centre form

You must inform us of any learners who are sitting their performances or practical assessments, for the following subjects and levels, at another centre or venue.

Dance - National 5 and Higher
Drama - all levels
Modern Languages and Gàidhlig - Advanced Higher
Music - all levels

To do this, please complete and submit our online alternative assessment centre form by Friday 29 November
