External Assessment helpdesk
We’re merging the e-marking and Script Management helpdesks on Tuesday 18 March to form the new External Assessment helpdesk.
The helpdesk will be available to assist with queries about:
- stationery
- packaging and uplift
- material delivery
- digital upload and/or submission
- Art and Design enquiries
- re-allocation of materials
- marker check
- e-marking
- RM Assessor access and support
- marking progress and capacity
The External Assessment helpdesk will be open from 8 am - 9 pm Monday to Friday, and from 9 am - 5 pm on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

From Tuesday 18 March, please direct all queries and correspondence previously sent to the following mailboxes to the External Assessment helpdesk:
