Attendance register supplement forms

Ahead of the uplift of coursework materials on 23 April, please complete Attendance Register Supplement form(s) for any candidates not listed on the Attendance Register (Ex6) form(s) that we’ve supplied.

For candidates where you’ve completed an Attendance Register Supplement form, you must submit a new entry or change of level to us in the normal way before the uplift date.

If you don’t process an entry for these candidates, this may result in data discrepancies between our database and your MIS system. This could also cause further difficulties for you in submitting data to us.

Please note that you’ll incur late entry charges if entries are not submitted by 31 March 2025.
