Assessment Arrangements deadlines
The Assessment Arrangements Request (AAR) system closed on 31 January for adapted and digital paper requests. If you submitted a request after this date, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to fulfil it in time for the exam. Where we’re unable to fulfil late requests, we’ll offer the nearest matching adapted question paper available. Please send any requests for non-standard coloured paper (where the colour differs from the seven standard colours available) to us as soon as possible.
You must submit all assessment arrangement requests on the AAR system by tomorrow, Friday 28 March.
This deadline also applies for submitting the spreadsheets listed below. These are available on the SQA Secure website and you can access them through your SQA co-ordinator.
- English as an additional language (EAL) spreadsheet
- Use of ICT spreadsheet for learners who don’t have additional support needs
- Transcription without correction spreadsheet
