System availability in July and August 2024

From Thursday 18 July until Monday 5 August, we’ll be producing certificates, reports and data to support the publication of National Qualifications results in August. To allow us to complete this exercise, the following systems will be unavailable at certain times throughout this period:

Certification

This will operate on a reduced service. As a minimum, Group Award certification will take place on 17, 18 and 29 July, and 2 and 7 August. Unit certification will take place on 11 and 16 July, and 8 August.

SQA Connect – all applications

SQA Connect will be unavailable from 10 am to 4 pm on Thursday 18 July, and from 3 pm on Friday 2 August until 8 am on Monday 5 August. Any changes made to candidates being certificated on Results Day will be rejected and reported as errors from Thursday 18 July – Monday 5 August. The return of files uploaded through Exchange may take longer than usual.

MySQA

MySQA will be unavailable from 5 pm on Wednesday 17 July until 9 am on Wednesday 7 August.
