Candidate registration form

The Candidate Registration Creation form is used to register candidates under the age of 16 on the SQA system. This form should be used for candidates who are part of the Scottish school system, SCN’s must be retrieved from their schools. If your candidate hasn’t been part of the Scottish school system, for example they may have been home-schooled, please email candidate.records@sqa.org.uk for advice on registration.
