Qualification Developments in 2012/13

We are currently scoping demand for revising the HNC/D Legal Services: the Qualifications Development team would welcome your views on these qualifications.

We have been developing qualifications for Scotland's paralegals that will increase our provision and ensure that paralegals have qualifications that are fit for purpose and reflect good practice in a variety of specialisms (PDAs for Paralegals (189 KB)). If you would like to suggest new PDAs for specific legal domains please get in touch with the Qualifications Development team.

A range of materials is developed by SQA to support delivery of their qualifications. The Qualifications Development team would be pleased to hear of any qualifications or Units for which you feel that support materials would be welcomed.
