Customer Service Advisor (Part Time), Business Development & Customer Support

SQA is recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor, working 21 hours per week over 5 days. The successful candidate will act as first point of contact for the organisation for all verbal, written, electronic and face to face (reception cover & walk in visitors) customer communication (centre, candidate & internal), with the ability to interpret, advise and provide guidance on SQA’s product and services.

SQA is recruiting for a Customer Marketing Officer to support the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing plans and tactical activities to stimulate interest and encourage uptake of SQA qualifications and services in defined key markets.

Regulation Manager, Accreditation

SQA is recruiting for a Regulation Manager to carry out regulation activities in relation to qualifications, awarding bodies and credit rating activities, based in Scotland but working throughout the UK.
