Wellbeing Awards
Our Wellbeing Awards help learners to explore factors that influence personal wellbeing, and to make decisions that contribute to improving personal wellbeing.
The Awards encourage learners to look at connections between mental, emotional, social and physical health, and to look at different ideas of health and wellbeing at a personal, community, societal or global level.
Wellbeing Awards are available at SCQF levels 3, 4 and 5.

Award Support Notes and Unit Support Notes
Award Support Notes and Unit Support Notes provide advice and guidance for teachers and lecturers delivering these Awards. They are available from our secure website and teachers and lecturers can arrange access to them through their SQA Co-ordinator. Award Support Notes and Unit Support Notes are confidential documents that most be stored securely.
Unit assessment support
Unit assessment support materials contain details of Unit assessment tasks, show approaches to gathering evidence and how the evidence can be judged against the Outcomes and Assessment Standards. Teachers and lecturers can arrange access to these confidential documents through their SQA Co-ordinator. They must be stored securely at all times.
