Understanding Standards
Understanding Standards is part of our support for teachers and lecturers delivering National Qualifications.
- We offer free events and webinars - CPD certificates are available after the event - Events and webinars session 2023-24
- Candidate evidence and commentary materials are published on our Understanding Standards website - explains why evidence has or has not met assessment standards.
- Presentations providing guidance on assessment are on your subject level pages.

Course reports have information on the performance of candidates which is useful to teachers, lecturers and assessors to prepare candidates for assessment.
