Validation panel documentation

All members of the panel should have been offered training at least one week before the meeting. At least two weeks before the Group Award validation meeting, validation panel members should receive the information they need to give them sufficient time to assess the Group Award specification and supporting evidence.

Information to validation panel members should include:

• time and date of the meeting
• location map of the venue
