Uptake Analysis Review (UAR): Courses and Group Awards

Our annual Uptake Analysis Review (UAR) of Courses and Group Awards commences mid-August and concludes by the end of November. Qualifications that meet our Lifespan of SQA qualifications policy (251 KB) are identified and communicated to SQA approved centres via SQA News.

Centres are asked to review the proposed list of withdrawals and contact their Regional Manager if there are any qualifications that cause concern for example – promotion in current prospects, planned registrations, funding application in progress.

Centre feedback is collated, reviewed and resulting decisions are communicated to SQA approved centres via SQA News.
