Qualifications Assessed in the Workplace
Learning and Development qualifications that are assessed in the workplace include:
- SVQ Learning and Development SCQF level 8 and 9
- Workplace PDA Assessors and Verifiers SCQF level 8 and 9 (lapsing)
- PDA Workplace Assessment Using Direct Methods SCQF level 7
- PDA Workplace Assessment Using Direct and Indirect Methods SCQF level 8
- PDA Internal Verification of Workplace Assessment SCQF level 8
- PDA External Verification of Workplace Assessment SCQF level 9
While the qualifications mirror the latest Learning and Development National Occupational Standards (NOS) developed by Community Learning and Development Standards Council, Scotland (CLD), SQA awarding body has developed specific evidence requirements for each unit, therefore, please refer to the SVQ unit specification concerned for full details.
