In July/August 2024, I received a number of emails from various individuals within SQA with the words we are currently reviewing the relationships we have with all appointees. Please could you inform me on: When did the Review of appointees begin and end? Who was in the Review Board ( or what positions did they hold)? What were the terms and scope of the Review? What were the outcomes? Is the Review report published, and could I please be sent a copy?

When did the Review of appointees begin and end?

The review began on 19 July 2023 and is still ongoing.

Who was in the Review Board (or what positions did they hold)?

There was no review board as this sits with the relevant Heads of Service.

What were the terms and scope of the Review?

The scope of the review is to analyse and comment on the employment status of the population of appointees currently working for SQA.

What were the outcomes?

The review is still ongoing and therefore no outcomes as yet.

Is the Review report published, and could I please be sent a copy?

The review is still ongoing and therefore no report has been published.
