Information requested

I would be grateful if you could provide the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

At a meeting of the Scottish Parliament’s Education, Children and Young People Committee on Wednesday, 19 February Shirley Rogers, the Chair of the SQA board, said the organisation’s qualifications committee had engaged in “a lessons-learned process” in the wake of the fallout over the drop in the Higher history pass rate in 2024.

She said a “piece of work was commissioned before Christmas, and it was considered and agreed to at the most recent qualifications committee meeting”.

I would like to request a copy of all materials that came out of this “lessons-learned process”.
