Suppliers who applied for inclusion on the contract and were not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

Actual spend on this contract, from the start of the contract to the current date

Start date & duration of contract?

Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?

Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract are being either extended or renewed?

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Suppliers who applied for inclusion on the contract and were not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages –

3 suppliers submitted offers for the contract, 2 were unsuccessful – VES Global and DE Marq

Actual spend on this contract, from the start of the contract to the current date –

The actual spend to date is £47,500

Start date & duration of contract?

The start Date was the 12th December 2023 and the duration of the contract is 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months

Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

The ITT is enclosed.

Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?

As stated above there is an option to extend for a further period of 12 months.

Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract are being either extended or renewed?

No decision has been taken as yet.

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

The senior office responsible for this contract is Martin Campbell, the Business Systems Director.
