Information requested
Under FOI, can you please provide me with the following information:
- the details of any severance package agreed with Fiona Robertson as part of her leaving the position of chief executive at the SQA. Please include all monetary and non-monetary sums and terms, such as any pay in lieu of notice, pension payments, etc.
- the full salary and benefits (both monetary and non-monetary) that has been agreed with Nick Page, to assume the chief executive role.

The details of any severance package agreed with Fiona Robertson as part of her leaving the position of chief executive at the SQA. Please include all monetary and non-monetary sums and terms, such as any pay in lieu of notice, pension payments, etc.
Ms Robertson was paid her contractual 6 months pay in lieu of notice and a compensation payment of £20K.
The full salary and benefits (both monetary and non-monetary) that has been agreed with Nick Page, to assume the chief executive role.
The salary scale for the Chief Executive is £126,000 - £143,000. Mr Page’s salary is paid in line with this.
