The Scottish Government currently publishes school level information about Pupils with an Additional Support Need recorded:

And the SQA currently publishes a summary of assessment arrangements requested for National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher:
Summary of Assessment Arrangmements
Would it be possible to obtain school level information of assessment arrangements requested for National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher in 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2025? A bit like 'Table_5' in the SQA summary document, but with a list of secondary schools instead of local authorities.
This will supplement the figures already released for 2024:
