Information requested
Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request the following information:
The number of S5 pupils in Scotland in 2025 who achieved 6, 7, and 8 A grades at Higher level, broken down by state and independent (private) schools.
Clarification:
By “state schools” I mean publicly funded schools in Scotland, and by “independent schools” I mean fee-paying private schools. I am requesting a breakdown of the number of S5 pupils achieving 6, 7, and 8 A grades at Higher level according to these two categories.
