Details of the Memorandum of Understanding between SQA and the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please provide:
1. The MoU between SQA and the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP).
2. All internal communications relating to its drafting.
3. Any assessments of the JCCP’s governance status.
4. Any documents discussing how the MoU affects qualification frameworks in aesthetics.
5. Any communications with Scottish Government referencing the JCCP.

1. The MoU is attached. Please note that we have removed the signatures of all signatories and also the names and personal details of the witnesses.

2. The internal communications relating to the drafting of the MoU is attached.

We do not hold any information relating to assessments of the JCCP’s governance status.
