Information requested

I am currently carrying out some benchmarking research into employee benefit offerings and noticed on your website that you provide benefits. I wondered whether you would be willing to expand on the wider healthcare and wellbeing provision. In particular, I would be interested in the following: ? Whether you offer private medical insurance or a healthcare cash plan, is so- who is your provider? ? Eye care- Do use a particular company ? Eligibility criteria and whether cover extends to dependants ? Whether these benefits are fully employer- funded or employee-contributed. Any level of information you are able to share would be greatly appreciated and will be used for benchmarking purposes only. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you

Under section 17 of the Act, if information is not held, an authority must inform the applicant.

We only offer employees the opportunity to purchase a Simplyhealth healthcare cash plan directly from Simplyhealth at their own expense. The prices and table of cover offered through this corporate scheme are different to what is found on the Simplyhealth website and provides them with an approximately 13% discount on the product. This is not funded or subsidised by the organisation.

Anyone who is an employee can purchase a healthcare cash plan through Simplyhealth.

Employees pay for the healthcare cash plan themselves. We as the employer do not fund it.

We do not offer eye care
