I would be grateful if you could provide the following information for National 5 candidates in Scotland for the years 2024 and 2025.

For candidates who were entered for both:

National 5 Physics, and

National 5 Applications of Mathematics,

but who were not entered for National 5 Mathematics, please provide:

The total number of such candidates.

The number achieving grade A in National 5 Physics.

The number achieving grade B in National 5 Physics.

The number achieving grade C in National 5 Physics.

The total number and percentage achieving grades A–C in National 5 Physics.

The number and percentage achieving grade D or receiving no award in National 5 Physics.

For comparison, if readily available, I would also appreciate the equivalent figures for candidates entered for both National 5 Physics and National 5 Mathematics.

I am particularly interested in distinguishing candidates who studied National 5 Applications of Mathematics only from those who were also entered for National 5 Mathematics.

I understand that Qualifications Scotland has previously released data concerning dual entry and performance in Mathematics/Applications of Mathematics alongside National 5 Biology, Chemistry and Physics. This request is intended to clarify the outcome specifically for the Applications of Mathematics-only cohort.

If possible, I would be grateful if the information could be supplied in spreadsheet format.
