1) Please advise what technologies (including version) you use for HR, Payroll, L&D, Finance, Procurement and Contact Centre.

2) Please advise if your HR, Payroll, L&D, Finance, Procurement and Contact Centre services are outsourced to third parties, and if so, when does the contract end?

1)  While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information requested is exempt under section 35(1)(a) of the Act as the public disclosure of information about our IT systems would potentially compromise the security of the services delivered.  Section 35 is a qualified exemption so we have considered the public interest but we believe that on this occasion the risk to data outweighs the public interest in transparency about the systems SQA uses.

2) None are outsourced.
