FOI21/22 056 Malpractice Statistics

Under the FOISA, I would be grateful if you could now provide me with the number of malpractice investigations undertaken by the SQA in each of the last five years. Of these, please provide the numbers where the outcome found against the Centre and the numbers that were subsequently appealed and appeals upheld. The figures should show the split between Scotland College Centres and “Others”. Can you also provide the same information for the SQA group award GN2A 44 and the SQA unit HX12 04.

As a public body SQA is obliged to respond to requests made to us under the Freedom of Information legislation.   However there are many other communication channels through which SQA responds to requests for information.   Indeed your FOI request came in the middle of ongoing correspondence with SQA and if asked as part of that communication we would have provided you with the same information.
