Information requested

Are you able to provide data on entries up to and including 2024, in this case, pertaining to the original question?

Original question:

I would like information regarding the highest number of SQA Advanced Highers passed by one pupil up to this year. I have SCN number ** and will have 10 Advanced Highers assuming all are passed in 2025. (7 taken 2025, 2 in 2024, 1 2023) and I would like to know if this constitutes the Scottish record. Please present the data in terms of: Highest number of Advanced Highers passed by a pupil considering 2024 exam results Alongside: Considering any Advanced Highers taken in 2025, alongside Advanced Highers achieved by the same pupil in previous years, are there any students that would exceed this number from 2024 if they were to pass them all? If so, how many Advanced Highers will they have overall? The most fundamental point I require answered is, if I pass all 7 Advanced Highers, bringing me to a total of 10, will I be able to state, a) that I have the scottish record, and b) that no other student will have tied this number?

Response

Our statistical data for the 2019/20 – 2023/24 academic years show that the highest number of current Advanced Highers at A to C grade achieved by a single candidate (SCN) was 8.
