i. One to one meeting with SQA – 20 mins
ii. Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) – 30 mins
iii. News Media Assessment with a former BBC Reporter – 20 mins
iv. Staff panel – 45 mins
v. Final interview with five panel members including SQA Chair, two SQA Board members, Scottish Government representative and an independent panel member – 1 hour
