FOI20/21 176 Surpass Viewer

I would like to request the following material under FOISA.

Please release all communication related to Surpass Viewer and /or Flash Player between the SQA and BTL Group (makers of the Surpass Viewer software)

The time frame for this request is Jan 2018 - present

As part of the ongoing work to provide a digital assessment service to our customers SQA works with our supplier (BTL) to ensure that the service provided is effective.   The contract with BTL is a 4 year contract which started on 18 February 2019 and ends 17 February 2023.   This information is provided on our website and can be accessed at: Procurement Contracts

Communications related to Surpass Viewer and /or Flash Player between the SQA and BTL Group (makers of the Surpass Viewer software) are provided in the attached file.  These have been redacted for personal information and where the information is not relevant to your request.   In addition to this regular meetings are held between SQA and BTL Group as part of the service they provide.   Under FOI 20/21 175 we have provided you with the information SQA provided to centres in December 2020 as a result of the withdrawal of Adobe Flash.
